WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY POLICY?
It normally takes 1-2 business days to process all orders unless they are special or customized orders. Our standard shipping method within the continental USA , except Alaska , Hawaii , and Puerto Rico , is USPS Ground Service - Approx. 3 to 7 Business days delivery from the shipping date. USPS Expedited shipping is available also.
WHAT IS YOUR BACK ORDER POLICY?
We will ship all available items on your order. If a certain item or items are not available to ship immediately, we will ship your order as is and automatically cancel the item or items that are not available to ship immediately. You will only be charged for the items that have been shipped to you. However, we do keep an eye on those cancelled items and when they are available to ship, our sales representatives will get in touch with you. At that point, if you still would like those items, you can place a new order for them.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Please inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it. We must be notified of any problems or defects within five days of receiving the merchandise. Should you have any problems with the merchandise, please contact our customer service department at (248) 385-3007. Please have your invoice ready when you call. Our customer service department will then issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) depending upon the condition of the return. All returns must be accompanied with an RA#. Should your merchandise be deemed resalable and in good condition, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and ONLY store credit will be issued.
WHAT IS STAINLESS STEEL?
Stainless steel (also known as inox steel or simply inox) is a steel alloy with minimum of 10% to 11% chromium content by mass. Stainless steel is more resistant to stain, corrosion or rust compared to ordinary steel. There are different types or grades of stainless steel which will depend on the amount of components in the alloy and will exhibit different physical and chemical properties. 316L stainless steel is usually used in crafting jewelry. It is durable, hypoallergenic, non-reactive to harsh conditions and can be plated to resemble other metals.
WHAT OTHER MATERIALS ARE USED ON YOUR JEWELRY? (WOOD, CARBON FIBER, ENAMEL, ETC...)?
Our Jewelry makers use high quality materials such as wood, carbon fiber, enamel, rubber, Morano glass and cubic zirconia. We also incorporate minerals and gem stones like rose quartz, shell, howlite and pearl, among others, in some jewelry products.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF ALTERNATIVE METAL JEWELRY?
Titanium, tungsten carbide and stainless steel jewelry are the three most prominent types of alternative metal jewelry. IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Our Jewelry products comply with worldwide regulatory standards and is backed with a limited warranty of 1 year to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Jewelry products must be used and maintain appropriately. Misuse of products will void the warranty.
