Refund policy

Please inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it. We must be notified of any problems or defects within five days of receiving the merchandise. Should you have any problems with the merchandise, please email our customer service department at Our customer service department will then issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) depending upon the condition of the return. All returns must be accompanied with an RA#. Should your merchandise be deemed resalable and in good condition, the return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and ONLY store credit will be issued.
