A very thin layer of a colored vapor is bonded to the surface of the steel jewelry resulting in a very durable finish that can stand up to daily use.
It is five to eight times more durable than traditional methods. The vibrant color of blue, black and rose gold IP we have available, can only be accomplished through the IP process. Since the color is only on the surface of the steel it is engravable on some pieces.
